Ivan Henk Signed Miranda Form Before Being Questioned
A Plattsmouth police officer told a judge that Ivan Henk, who's charged with the murder of his 4-year-old son, signed a miranda rights advisory form, before police questioned him. However, officer Johnathan Hardy also testified that the form was apparently lost. The testimony comes after Henk's attorney, Jerry Soucie, claimed Henk's rights were violated during the questioning. Henk is charged with first-degree murder in Brendan's death. Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty.
