To be eligible for the drawing, entries must be received by 4 pm on October 20, 2002.
Log on to www.klkntv.com and look for the Jekyll and Hyde The Musical… Fill out the form.
All entries must include: name, address, daytime and evening phone numbers. All entries received during the promotional period are eligible for random drawing and the prize awarded.
Contest. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.
Random Drawing: The random drawing will be held on October 20 at 5pm and announced on the Channel 8 Eyewitness News at This Morning and Midday newscasts on KLKN-TV. A representative appointed by the KLKN-TV promotional staff will select the winning entry forms from all entries received. Prize: The winner will win One (1) set of two(2) tickets to see Jekyll and Hyde October 27 or 28 at the Rococo Theatre. All taxes and licenses are the responsibility of the winner. Prizewinner will be notified by phone. Winner will be required to present a valid Nebraska ID to claim the prize. Eligibility: Employees, members of employees immediate family, agents of any sponsor and their respective members, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, as well as associated advertising and promotional agencies are not eligible to participate.
Acceptance of the prize shall be considered consent of having your name, likeness, and voice used (without further compensation) for advertising and promotional purposes. All winners, by acceptance of prize, agree to release all sponsors, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever from injuries, damages, or loss to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, entry for, or use of any prize.
