Joba Chamberlain’s Mother Arrested

Nebraska Native and Yankee Pitcher Joba Chamberlain's mother has been arrested on suspicion of selling meth to an undercover officer in Lincoln.  44-year-old Jacqueline Standley was arrested Saturday at her 1641 Prospect Street apartment and charged Monday with delivery of an exceptionally hazardous drug, which is a class 2 felony.  The charge carries a possible 1 to 50 year prison sentence.  Court records indicate Standley delivered a bag of meth to an officer the night of February 11th at her home.  That substance was later sent to a state crime lab where it was tested and confirmed to be 0.6 grams worth of meth.
