Joshua Magee Was In Court Today

The Malcolm student accused of bringing a rifle and explosives to school appeared in court … It  was  at malcolm high school in march of last year that it all happened. At the hearing in Lancaster county district court, Joshua Magee's attorney presented arguments to have his case transferred to juvenille court. But so far, no decision has been made. Magee is currently charged with attempted first degree murder for bring explosives and a gun to school. Court documents show he suffers from bi-polar disorder and was not on his medication at the time of the incident.. He was seventeen at the time of his arrest, outside the school. Magee has since turned 18, and is being held in the adult ward of the Lincoln Regional Center.
