The Nebraska State Patrol and Deputies from the Lancaster and Saunders County Sheriff’s Office were involved in a pursuit this morning.

The chase started in Saunders County and ended just north of Lincoln near 70th and I-80.

It was when the chase entered Lancaster County near Highway 77 and Raymond Road that the call for LSO came in.

The Saunders County Sheriff’s Office says the vehicle involved was stolen.

The pursuit finally ended a little after two on the interstate when the car crashed into a guard rail.

The driver then got out and fled the scene into a cornfield.

The State Patrol, LSO and Saunders County Sheriff’s Office are all still currently searching for the man.

We’ll bring you more details when they are made available.
