Lincoln Man Pleas Not Guilty To Sexual Assault

A Lincoln man accused of sexually assaulting a boy at a Lincoln school has pled not guilty to the charges against him. Joseph Siems Junior is accused of first degree sexual assault of a child. Authorities say a five year old boy was assaulted inside a bathroom at Arnold Elementary on September 22nd. The boy told a teacher what happened, and police arrested Siems at the school. His next court appearance is set for November sixteenth.
