The Lincoln Shooting Park and Education Center is a joint venture between the Nebraska Game and Parks Commission and the City of Lincoln Parks and Recreation Department. The project was made possible in large part thanks to a grant from the Easton Sports Development Foundation. Other partners include the Lincoln Prairie Bowmen Archery Club, Lincoln Trap and Skeet Club, and the Archery Trade Association. The Commission is actively seeking additional partnerships to make this new educational and public shooting complex a reality for thousands.

The Goal of this new complex is to provide eastern Nebraska with a family friendly shooting sports park that caters to new and developing participants.
