Steady snowfall Saturday night into Sunday morning has snapped us back into the reality of the season. Anywhere from three to six inches of new powdery snow covers our immediate area. Whenever the sidewalks and roads are covered that can only mean one thing… It's time to dig out. Lincolnites suited up in coveralls and gloves and spent Sunday afternoon dealing with the white stuff. Ronnie Davis took a more adventurous approach. He used his four-wheeler as a mini snow plow…scraping Lincoln sidewalks clean. Public Works says the city has every available piece of equipment out clearing city streets. As of Sunday evening, there are no parking restrictions along the snow routes in Lincoln.
