Lincoln students walk to improve their playground

Lincoln students, teachers, and parents put their best foot forward to help improve their school.

They were taking part in the first Prescott School Walk–athon.  It's a fundraising event to upgrade the school's playground. Students and staff have set a goal to replace the area with a walking path, grassy fields and an outdoor classroom.

The Prescott Playground and Outdoor Classroom will be built in three phases.  Initial cost estimates for the project is $120,000.
