Lincoln Woman Face Counts Of Federal Fraud
A Lincoln woman faces 14 federal counts of fraud. Court papers show, between 1979 and 2002, Kay Rider stole almost 1.6 million dollars from several clients by using their identity to borrow money against their life insuarance policies. Now, the insurance companies say they're not responsible, leaving some Lincoln families wondering what happens next. Channel 8 did contact Rider, she says she no longer sells insurance and other then that had no comment. She's scheduled to appear in court on October 27th.
