Lincolnite’s Continue to Conserve Water

As our lawns turn browner we're all being asked to use less water. The city wants us to get down to 65 million gallons a day or less. And we're getting close. Monday, Lincolnites used 68 million gallons. Over the weekend, we used well over 70 million gallons on both Saturday and Sunday. City leaders say as the Platte River continues to go down so must our dependency on water. Channel 8 will keep you updated daily on our water usage.
