LPD: three in custody for Gateway Mall robbery

Lincoln Police said they have three people in custody for a robbery outside Gateway Mall.
It happened Saturday night just after 9 p.m. on the north side of Younkers.
Authorities said two men were walking when a dark 90s Cadillac pulled up. They said three black males between the ages of 17 and 21 got out of the car, implied they had a weapon and demanded the victims to hand over what they had.
According to police, the suspects got away with phones, cigarettes, a lighter and a hat.
They’re in custody for robbery.
