Lucky Iromuanya Murder Trial Continues
The murder trial against Lucky Iromuanya took a step outside the courtroom Tuesday. Despite objections from the defense, the jury visited the house where UNL soccer player Jenna Cooper was shot. It was a quick visit with no testimony being allowed from either side. Back inside the courtroom, the prosecution called two witnesses. Carrington Hartley testified he was face-to-face with Iromuanya when he fired a gunshot. Afterward, he says Lucky Iromuanya said “What's up now…I'm the ghetto.”
The second witness was a close friend of Iromuanya, who drove him both to and from the party.
