Man Accused In Stabbing Found Incompetent To Stand Trial

A group home resident accused of stabbing a five year old boy last month was in District Court Thursday. A judge ruled Roger Einspahr is not competent to stand trial. Doctors will spend the next few months deciding if he ever could be.

Einspahr moved to the group home after being released from a regional center a few years ago. Now the victim's mother says she's concerned about which regional center doctors will be evaluating Einspahr over the next few months. If the doctors think Einspahr may become competent to stand trial in the future, his next hearing will be held on November 18.
