Man Enters Plea In Trucker’s Death

The man accused of murdering a Nebraska truck driver has entered a no contest plea to second-degree murder. Kenny Gass was in court Tuesday morning. He's accused in the death of trucker James Hagan. Hagan disappeared from a Lincoln truck stop early last September. His body was found a week later in Seward County. The 33-year-old Gass had been charged with first-degree murder in the case. Twenty-four year-old Trena Arant of Lincoln also faces a murder charge in the case. She had entered a not guilty plea.
