Man sentenced for driving tractor while drunk
A 39-year-old man who was drunk while driving his tractor through Norfolk has been sentenced to prison.
Erik Vogel, of Battle Creek, was given 2-4 years in prison for drunken driving, third offense.
Vogel was also fined $1,000, and his license was revoked for 15 years.
Police say the tractor was weaving in his lane as he drove in Norfolk on Jan. 6. His blood later tested out at nearly four times the legal limit.
