Man Threatens Neighbor With Hammer

A Lincoln man is tazed after threatening neighbors and police officers with a hammer.

Captain Stille says 42 year old John Miller knocked on a neighbor's door around 16th and “D” just after midnight, holding a hammer and demanding money.

When officers arrived they say Miller was still holding the hammer and wouldn't put it down, so they tazed him.

Miller was arrested for terroristic threats, use of a weapon to commit a felony and failure to comply.
