While congress discusses a resolution to authorize the President to attack Iraq. Some people think this problem could have been solved 13 years ago.
For some former Iraqi citizens and Gulf War Veterans, they feel this would have been solved if we would have attacked Bagdad during Desert Storm. At least one person is ready to delay the Senate's vote on authorizing a military strike against Iraq.
Democratic Senator Robert Byrd is indicating he'll use delaying tactics, in hopes of blocking the measure. If that happens.. a vote may not take place until next week
