Missing Trucker’s Body Found

Authorities received a 911 call that a badly decomposed body had been discovered in a remote road ditch about seven miles southeast of Seward. Police have now identified the body as James Hagan. Hagan, of Elsie, Nebraska, has been missing since September 4th.

Hagen's semi-truck had been left running for several days at the Shoemaker's Truck Stop in Lincoln. Police found a bloody knife in the area…turning the case into a new direction.

Police have arrested two people in Lincoln on suspicion of forging checks from Hagan's account. So for no other charges have been filed.

The 50 year old trucker was on his way to Bowling Green, Kentucky.
