Nebraska and Colorado last met on Nov. 13, 2010, the Huskers’ final season in the Big 12. Nebraska swept the Buffs then and owns a 49-7 advantage in the all-time series.
The Huskers traveled to Grand Island last spring, topping another former Big Eight/Big 12 foe, Kansas State, 3-0 in front of a sold-out crowd of 6,006 at the Heartland Events Center. The Huskers have also made trips to Wayne in 2014, Norfolk in 2012 and Grand Island in 2011.
