#1 Nebraska Wesleyan (12-0, 3-0) vs. #20 Loras College (11-2, 3-1)
When: Jan. 5 – 4 pm
Where: Snyder Arena – Lincoln, Neb.
Outlook: For the first time since February 21, 1998, two nationally-ranked teams will meet in a regular season basketball game at Snyder Arena on Saturday when #1 Nebraska Wesleyan puts is school record 25-game winning streak on the line against #20 Loras College.  The two teams both average over 95 points a game to rank in the top eight in all of NCAA III.  Earlier this year, Loras knocked off #3 Augustana and one of their two losses was to #10 Wisconsin-Whitewater so the big stage won’t be a problem for the Duhawks. Last year the two teams split with Loras winning in Dubuque, Iowa in overtime then NWU winning game two.  The Prairie Wolves will be without starting guard Jack Hiller who remains out with injury, while leading scorer Nate Schimonitz is questionable dealing with an injury of his own.
