New faces headline Nebraska football spring game

Nebraska offensive coordinator Troy Walters says new faces will get the chance to shine in Saturday’s spring game. WATCH:

“They’re going to see some guys, they didn’t see last fall. Guys on offense and defense that will make some plays. They’ll get to know them. The biggest thing is we want to take pride when we step into Memorial Stadium in front of 90,000. A great venue. We want to make sure we attack. Play with a lot of effort, consistency. Just play a clean game. You know, any time you come to a game and there are a lot of turnovers, you go away and think meh. But we want to make sure the fans know that this is a well coached team. That’s not going to make the mistakes we did last year,” Walters said.
