Lincoln police say the suspect has now broken into two fish stores.

Police say he's done it before.  22-year-old Justin Meyer was arrested for breaking into The Fish Store near 48th & Vine and stealing fish.  Police Officer Katie Flood says Meyer was seen on video surveillance from the store.  He was arrested at his home Thursday.

Meyer is also charged with breaking into the Tropical Fish Warehouse last December and taking fish.  Police say Meyer gave the fish to his girlfriend as a Christmas gift.

In the recent Fish Store burglary, police say he broke the glass on a side door to get inside and took 17 fish, 9 clams and other live sea creatures.  Some of the fish were found dead outside the store.
