Lincoln police say a 26-year-old man was arrested in the shooting outside a Lincoln barber shop.

Lincoln Police Officer Katie Flood says Jerome Shackelford was arrested Friday.  Flood says on April 19, Shackelford confronted a man outside the Oasis Barber Shop near 22nd and O Streets.

The victim told police he was leaving the barber shop and was confronted by three men.  Police say the victim got into a car, and one of the men fired shots at the car.  No one was hurt.
