Police Have Arrested Two People For Convenience Srore Burglaries

Police believe they've arrested two people responsible for the recent rash of convenience store burglaries. Police arrested 26-year old Jason Claypool and 25-year old Sa-Mahj Ross. They say early this morning,  a witness heard glass breaking at the Kabredlo's near 9th & South streets. Two men were seen taking cigarettes from the store. Police arrived at the scene and followed the men to their house near 10th and Rose where they were arrested. 14-hundred dollars worth of cigarettes were confiscated . Police think they may be responsible for stealing a total of 4-thousand dollars in cigarettes.
