Storm damage has relocated at least two polling places in Seward County.

Voters who normally head to Beaver Crossing had to go to the Goehner Fire Hall, while those using the Cordova location cast their votes at the Utica Senior Center.

“We couldn’t get in to Beaver Crossing, I wanted to check out a couple places, couldn’t get in, looks like a warzone,” voter Mary Frerichs said.

Those manning the polls in Utica say they haven’t seen too many people come over from Cordova. They say, as you can imagine, many residents are spending the day cleaning up after Sunday’s storms.
