The Fugitive Task Force arrested two teens after making the discovery of marijuana plants.
Lancaster County Sheriff's Captain Ben Houchin says the Fugitive Task Force went to 2433 E Street #5 Wednesday morning to serve two warrants. Houchin says they noticed a bright light coming from one of the bedrooms. Officers found an active marijuana grow operation.
A 14-year-old boy and 18-year-old Dakota Gaffney were arrested for manufacturing a controlled substance. The 14-year-old was taken to the Juvenile Detention Center. Gaffney was taken to the Lancaster County Jail.
Houchin says a woman who answered the door, the boy's mother, was not arrested.
