Update: City plows and material spreaders hit Lincoln streets

UPDATE:   The city of Lincoln doubled the number of crews on city streets when snow began to fall on the capital city.  Forty plows are now out working in the city and 20 of those are also spreading DE-icers.  Lincoln police report at least 30 accidents and StarTran buses are running 10 to 30 minutes behind schedule.
