Robbery Victim Hit With Shotgun

A robber armed with a shotgun demands money from a convenience store clerk.
It happened at the A's Stop and Shop near 27th and Holdrege around 11 Wednesday night.
Lincoln police say a man wearing a ski mask and gloves barged in and pointed the gun at the clerk and a friend, demanding money.
Police say the suspect hit the clerk's friend in the face with the shotgun before taking some money from the register and running off.
Officers attempted a canine track for the suspect but were unsuccessful. The investigation continues.
