The Lincoln Saltdogs defeated the Winnipeg Goldeyes 2-1 on Tuesday night. Asif Shah hit a solo home run in the 5th inning and Justin Edwards pitched 62/3 innings allowing just 6 hits and 1 run. The same two teams play the rubber match on Wednesday night at Haymarket Park.
