Smoking Ban Will Take Effect In 6 Months
The City Council made smoking in some public places off limits at December 22nd meeting. In a controversial move by the Lincoln City Council, Members voted five to two to override Mayor Collen Seng's veto. That override means people in Lincoln can't light-up in bars and resturants where food makes up more than 60 percent of sales. The new law will take affect in six months.
