Spaghetti dinner benefits little Hallam girl

A community is helping out a little Hallam girl and her family.

Three-year-old Savannah Wubbels has had several strokes and doctors can't figure out why.  The entire right side of her body has been affected.  Savannah goes to physical therapy several times a day and the cost is really adding up.  To help with those medical bills, friends and family held a spaghetti dinner and silent auction Friday night in Sprague.

Her aunt, Hilary Huschka, was blown away by the outpouring of support.  She says, “I don't even know how we're going to be able to tell everyone 'thank you' but it means so much to us that they would reach out to this family in need.”

If you'd like to help the Wubbels out, there is a fund set up in Savannah's name at First State Bank.
