The drive-thru window at the south Lincoln Chick-fil-A reopened Thursday morning.

The rest of the restaurant remains closed, following a Tuesday incident in which a man drove his truck into the building and was then shot and killed by a BNSF special agent.

Owner Charlie Colón and his wife, Dawn, posted a message to the business's Facebook page saying they will "work hard to make this all work."

"The outpouring of support has been overwhelming and quite humbling," they wrote in a post. "We love serving you, we love our community, we simply love what we do. Thank you is not enough, but know it comes from the bottom of our hearts."
