Student hit by car

Crews are on the scene of an accident near Park Middle School at 8th and G. It happened just before 8. Police say a student was hit by a car on their way to school. They say the driver didn’t see the student run out in front of the car.

Authorities say the 13-year-old’s injuries are expected to be non life-threatening.
