LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) _ The recent closing of a grocery store in Lincoln has left many Nebraska Wesleyan University students without nearby access to fresh food. The city’s University Place neighborhood is now considered a “food desert” as defined by the U.S. Department of Agriculture. The Hy-Vee Mainstreet store shuttered in late January.
