Supreme Court Hears Faust’s Appeal

Kimberly Faust is now serving a life sentence, but yesterday, the Nebraska supreme court hinted that there might have been problems in the prosecution. Faust is convicted of killing her estranged husband's girlfriend, Shannon Bluhm, and a good samaritan who tried to save her, Robert Parminter in 2000. On appeal, Faust's new lawyers argue that the trial judge erred in allowing testimony about her past aggressive, hostile, and violent behavior. The court took the case under advisement.
