The body of missing boater found

Authorities say the body of a 26-year-old Auburn man whose boat capsized has been found in the Missouri River.

The Nemaha County Sheriff's Office says in a news release that the body of William Judd was found Wednesday afternoon in the swollen Missouri River, about 300 yards south of the mouth of the Nemaha River. Judd and another man were fishing when the boat capsized late Saturday or early Sunday. The other man was rescued around 6 a.m. Sunday. The boat was found Tuesday night, upside down in some trees along the Missouri River. An autopsy has been ordered.
