The Lincoln City COuncil Vote To Have A LES Rate Hike

Lincolnites will start paying more for electricity starting this month. The Lincoln City Council has approved a three percent hike for LES. This means Lincolnites should see the hike in their bill within the next few statements. A three percent hike translates to three dollars for every one hundred dollars of your bill.  LES will again ask the city for another rate increase of three percent in 2005. But even with the hike, LES still remains one of the cheapest electric companies in the country.
