Two Year Old Hastings Boy Killed

The Nebraska State Patrol says a 2–year–old boy is dead after he was hit by a car while running across a street.
Authorities say the crash happened shortly after 8 p.m. Saturday in Hastings.
They say no charges have been filed against 18–year–old Dusty Consbruck, who hit the little boy.
Consbruck says he didn't see him run across the street.
