Use Less Water, or Else

The city of Lincoln is sending out a plea to all of us; use less water, or face even more restrictions. The Platte river where we get our water is going down. That means less water is recharging our wells that feed the city. Over the weekend, we used more than 70-million gallons of water each day. The city says we have to get down to 65 million gallons a day.

Watering on odd or even days, depending on your address will continue. If you violate that rule, the police are ready to start handing out tickets.
