LPD: Man dies after suffering apparent medical episode, crashing vehicle

Lincoln police said a man has died after suffering an apparent medical episode that led up to a traffic crash. 

The accident happened around 9 a.m. near N 14th and Irving Street. 

Witnesses reported a male driver appeared to suffer a medical episode and his vehicle collided with another vehicle. Police said that man was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. 

Officers are processing the scene and the man’s identity has not been released.
