10K in equipment stolen from south Lincoln construction site

Lincoln Police are searching for the suspect who broke into a south Lincoln construction site and stole several thousand dollars worth of equipment.

Crews arrived to a site near 27th and Yankee Hill around 8 a.m. Monday morning and that’s when they noticed a lock on one of their storage containers was missing.

Over $10,000 in equipment had been stolen and the company is still working to determine all of the equipment that was stolen.

Police are still investigating and anyone with information is asked to call LPD at 402-4441-6000.
