12 Lincoln restaurants compete in Vegan Chef Challenge
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Twelve Lincoln dining establishments are competing in a vegan cooking competition.
The Lincoln Vegan Chef Challenge started Tuesday and will last throughout October.
The restaurants will be offering vegan menu items, and you can vote online for your favorite.

- Cafe Botanica
- Hub Cafe
- Golden Wok
- Rita’s Pizza and Chicken
- Green Leaf Tea Company
- HF Crave
- Blue Orchid Thai Restaurant
- Fleetwood
- Wham Bam Meal in a Pan
- Miller Time Pub & Grill
- University of Nebraska-Lincoln Housing and Dining
