In an update Wednesday, the Omaha Police Department said the boy was booked at the Douglas County Youth Center.

Ramone Jefferson is charged as an adult with first-degree assault, use of a gun to commit a felony, possession of a gun on school grounds, minor in possession of a gun and tampering with evidence.
