$14,000 in tools nabbed from construction site in north Lincoln

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Several tools were reported stolen Wednesday morning from a construction site in north Lincoln.

Police said someone broke into a cargo container near North 21st Street and Transformation Drive by “prying the padlock from its latch.”

They then stole about $14,000 in tools, according to police.

An investigation is ongoing.
