#21 Nebraska run-rules Northwestern in back-to-back games

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – The #21 Huskers coasted to another dominating victory Sunday, defeating Northwestern 10-1.
It’s back-to-back games Nebraska has run-ruled the Wildcats, and their 19th run-rule victory this season.
Jordy Bahl and Samantha Bland began Sunday’s bout with back-to-back solo home runs to get out in front early.
Nebraska led 4-1 in the top of the 5th, before they plated six Huskers to reach double digits. It’s Northwestern’s first Big Ten series defeat since vs. Minnesota in 2022.
Kylee Magee (5-3) claimed the win in the circle after pitching 5.0 innings for a complete game. She allowed one run on only three hits and struck out four batters.
The Huskers will look for the sweep on Monday. First pitch at 3:00 CT.
