25-year-old Nebraska woman sentenced for meth charge

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – An Elm Creek woman was sentenced Friday for possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.
Hallie Deleon, 25, got 22 months in prison with a three-year term of supervised release.
In September 2022, law enforcement stopped a vehicle in Buffalo County containing multiple passengers, with Deleon sitting in the front seat.
Law enforcement searched the vehicle, finding two firearms and loaded magazines.
They also found drug paraphernalia, vials with suspected meth residue, a scale, and multiple used and unused baggies.
Deleon was arrested, along with everyone else in the vehicle.
At the county jail, officers found about an ounce of suspected meth in her pocket.
