27th and Highway 2 crash

A two car crash sent 3 people to the hospital. It happened at 27th and Highway 2 just after 7 p.m. 

The three people taken to the hospital all had minor injuries. This is the second accident to happen at that intersection this week.

We talked to one of the drivers involved who wanted to remain anonymous.

"I was looking up at the light and I thought it was green and it was very much green as far as I was aware and I glanced down, looked up again and it was very much not green or yellow and i basically just ran the red light," said the driver.

Even though this is what the driver told us, police are still investigating..
