Few more days of showers and thunderstorms before things heat back up
Scattered showers and thunderstorms will remain in the forecast for another 24-30 hours. Then it drops to an isolated chance Wednesday before things dry out for a few days to end the week.
Humidity will remain higher Monday night and Tuesday morning as dew point temperatures remain in the middle and upper 60°s. Temperatures overnight will drop to the upper 50°s (west) to the upper 60°s (east/southeast).
Tuesday should have high temperatures remaining a few degrees below normal (Normal in Lincoln: 88°). Highs will be in the middle 80°s.
Temperatures begin to increase later this week, climbing back to near normal levels Thursday and Friday. The weekend should have temperatures back in to the lower 90°s.
