LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A man has been ticketed in the crash that killed a Lincoln motorcyclist in October, police say.

In a prearranged meeting with police, the 78-year-old man was cited last Thursday on suspicion of vehicular homicide, a misdemeanor.

On the evening of Oct. 28, the man was involved in a crash with a motorcyclist, 30-year-old Trenten Bankhead, near 11th and Adams Streets.

Bankhead was taken to a local hospital, where he was later pronounced dead, police said.
